Before the operation of the belt conveyor, first of all, it is necessary to confirm that the equipment, personnel and objects of the belt conveyor are in a safe and intact state; secondly, it is necessary to check that all moving parts are normal without foreign matters, and all electrical circuits are normal, so that the belt conveyor can be put into operation when it is normal. Finally, check that the difference between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment does not exceed ± 5%.

1. During the load test run, the loading capacity of the conveyor should be gradually increased from small to large. First, it should be loaded according to 20% of the rated load, and then it should be tested according to 50%, 80% and 100% of the rated load. Under various load conditions, the continuous running time of the test run should not be less than 2 hours.

2. The whole machine should run smoothly, without friction and impact, without rotating roller;

3. Check whether the temperature rise of motor, reducer bearing, lubricating oil and hydraulic coupling oil meets the load requirements;

4. Observe whether the material is located in the center of the conveyor belt. If the blanking is not correct, adjust the position of the adjustable baffle in the funnel.

5. The cleaning effect of the sweeper should be good, the contact between the scraper and the conveyor belt should be uniform, and there should be no abnormal vibration;

6. Measure whether the belt speed, traffic volume, starting time, braking time and other technical parameters meet the design requirements;

7. Check the connecting parts, and fasten the bolts in time if they are loose.
